Did you know we ship worldwide? And we've shipped to over 100 countries... including a battleship!

All orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship out. This time may increase in high demand situations. We are a startup after all :) During Holidays and weekends, orders may take longer.

Returns Policy

Returns accepted if product not as described, within 15 days from when the order was placed.Seller pays return shipping; or keep the product & agree refund with seller.

1、Sign into your QCLOUTH account.
2、Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
3、Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
4、Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5、Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

Return Conditions:

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Others

Sorry, you can’t cancel an order, or items in an order, after it has shipped.

If you enter the incorrect shipping address it can only be changed while your product is in-shop. Once an item is marked as shipped it will be the customer's responsibility to either intercept their package, or reorder to their correct address.
